A standard bond clean covers everything your property manager expects to inspect
But some properties need a little more — whether it’s carpet cleaning, a heavily soiled oven, pressure washing the driveway or a flea treatment for your pets.
Our cleaning add-on services across the Sunshine Coast cover everything your standard bond clean doesn’t — from carpet steam cleaning and flea treatment to pressure washing and oven deep cleans.

All add-ons are priced separately and must be requested at the time of quoting so we can include them in your fixed price
Carpet steam cleaning Professional carpet steam cleaning priced by room size. Arranged through our trusted local partner and scheduled to coincide with your bond clean. Receipt provided. Learn more about carpet cleaning.
If you have pets, a flea treatment is often required alongside carpet cleaning — see flea & pest treatment below.
Flea & pest treatment Most real estates require flea spray if you have pets — regardless of whether they were inside or outside. We also offer general pest spray on request. Check your lease agreement before booking.
Deep clean oven & cooktop Standard oven cleaning is included in every bond clean at no extra charge. If your oven or cooktop is heavily soiled or is a large, double or chef-style appliance, a deep clean add-on applies.
Full wall wash down Spot cleaning of walls, doors and skirtings is included in every bond clean. If your walls have widespread marks — crayon, handprints, pet marks — a full wall wash down may be required as an add-on.
Pressure cleaning External balconies, decks, pathways and driveways. Minimum 3 hour call-out applies. Please request at time of quoting so we can assess scope and schedule accordingly.
Appliances Fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers and microwaves are not included in a standard bond clean. If any of these are remaining at the property, add them to your quote request.
Louvers, shutters & venetians Standard bond clean includes a gentle wipe of accessible fly screens and window frames. Louvers, shutters and venetian blinds are priced separately per blade or panel. Please provide counts when requesting a quote.
Downlights Open downlights with exposed globes are available as an add-on. Please note how many when requesting a quote.
Shower screen restoration If your shower screens have significant calcium or mineral build-up beyond standard cleaning, shower screen restoration is available as an add-on.
Balconies, balustrades & pool glass Glass panels on balconies, balustrades and pool fencing are available as an add-on. Please describe the scope when requesting a quote.
Storage rooms Extra small/medium and large/extra large storage rooms are priced separately. Please include these when requesting a quote.
Mould cleaning We can attempt surface mould cleaning in bathrooms and wet areas. Please note that guaranteed removal of mould is not possible and is listed as an exclusion — we will clean to the best of our ability within reason.
Furnished property If the property is partially or fully furnished, additional time will be allocated and charged accordingly. Please indicate this when requesting a quote.
Wheelie bins 240L council bins can be cleaned as an add-on. Please request at time of quoting.
WHAT’S NOT AVAILABLE
To avoid any surprises, here’s what we don’t offer:
- Rubbish disposal
- Fabric curtains, roller blinds, vertical blinds or panel glides
- Guaranteed mould removal
- Ceiling cleaning
- Grout or silicone cleaning or replacement
- Moving furniture or appliances
- Sticker, Blue-tac or hook removal from walls
