A regular clean maintains a tidy home. A bond clean is a thorough, top-to-bottom clean done to real estate inspection standards when you’re moving out. It covers areas that don’t get touched in a regular clean — inside ovens, rangehoods, window tracks, cupboards, exhaust fans and more. The goal is to leave the property in the condition your property manager expects, so you get your bond back without the back and forth.

No — most clients hand over a key or arrange access and we take care of everything. We just ask that you’re reachable by phone on the day in case we need to check anything with you. The property should be clear of furniture and belongings so we can get into every area properly.

Yes — we bring everything we need. You don’t need to supply any cleaning products, equipment or materials. Just make sure the property has running water and electricity connected on the day and we’ll handle the rest.

Every property is different — size, condition, number of rooms and add-ons all affect how long a clean takes. We’ll give you a realistic expectation when we confirm your booking so you can plan around it.

We recommend booking as soon as you know your move-out date — ideally at least a week ahead. We’ll do our best to work around your timeline — get in touch to check availability even if you’re short on time.

Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on to your bond clean. Many leases also require a flea treatment if you have pets — both are available as add-ons. It’s worth checking your lease agreement before you book. Just let us know at the time of quoting and we’ll include everything in your quote.
