PROPERTY DETAILS

Small/medium — fits a queen bed with some walking space | medium/large — fits a king bed with comfortable walk-around space on all sides.
Standard — single vanity, shower or bath, toilet | large — double vanity or generous floor space | extra large — separate shower and bath, double vanity or spa.
Count all standard bedrooms excluding the main bedroom.
Walk-in robes in the main bedroom and other bedrooms are priced separately.
Count all bathrooms excluding the ensuite.
Standard — single vanity, shower or bath, toilet in a typical-sized room | large — extra floor space, double vanity, or separate shower and bath.
Studio — single bench, no island | medium — standard kitchen up to 3m bench space | large — over 3m bench space or island included | extra large — open plan or commercial style.
Standard oven clean is included at no extra charge — large, double or chef style ovens incur an additional fee.
Large gas — 5 or more burners or over 75cm wide | chef style — freestanding commercial-style cooktop.
A butler’s pantry is a separate prep room or large walk-in pantry adjacent to the kitchen, often with its own sink, dishwasher or appliances. If yes, we’ll discuss what’s included when we call to confirm your quote.
Formal lounge — separate enclosed living room in addition to the main lounge | media room — dedicated TV or entertainment room | parents retreat — private sitting room adjacent to the main bedroom | foyer — dedicated entrance room or large entry hall | sunroom — enclosed glass or screened room at the back of the house | gazebo — freestanding roofed outdoor structure in the garden | study nook — small built-in desk area, not a full room | not sure? Standard — separate laundry with tub, bench and cupboards | large — oversized laundry with extra bench space or double tub | European laundry — washing machine and dryer in a cupboard or cabinet, usually in the kitchen or hallway | in garage — laundry facilities within the garage.
Single — fits one car | double — fits two cars side by side | triple — fits three cars or is extra large.

WINDOW COVERINGS

Timber and aluminium slat blinds only — roller, vertical and panel blinds are not cleaned as part of a standard bond clean.
No Helper text: Standard size approx. 1800mm x 1200mm — count each individual blind as one set.
Solid hinged panels that cover a window — priced at 8 blades per panel section.

Horizontal glass slat windows that tilt open — common in Queensland bathrooms and laundries. Not to be confused with shutters or venetian blinds.

CARPET CLEANING

If you’re in a unit or multi-level building with no street access, select “no access” — we’ll use portable equipment.

PEST TREATMENT

Most real estates require flea spray regardless of whether animals are inside or outside. Check with your property manager before selecting no.
