We want the process to be as straightforward as possible. Here’s what you need to know before you book.

Our bond back guarantee We take pride in our work and will always do our best to make it right. If your property manager raises any concerns related to our clean, get in touch within 72 hours of the date of your clean and we’ll work through it with you. The guarantee applies to everything listed in our standard inclusions — it doesn’t cover exclusions, add-ons that weren’t booked, or areas we couldn’t access.

Our quotes All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. If the property is larger, in worse condition, or different to what was described at the time of quoting, we may need to adjust the price before we start. We’ll always contact you before making any changes.

What we need from you

• The property must be empty of all furniture, belongings and rubbish before we arrive
• Running water and electricity must be connected on the day
• You need to be reachable by phone while we’re on site
• We need to be the only team working in the property on the day

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your booking may incur a $144 rescheduling fee
• Same day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the quoted price
• A non-refundable $144 booking deposit may be taken to secure your booking

Access and delays If we can’t access the property at the agreed time, a $72 per hour non-access fee applies in 15-minute increments. If we need to reschedule due to access issues, a $144 rescheduling fee applies.

Payment Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit card, EFT and cash (on the day only). Late payments may incur additional fees.

Complaints Complaints must be made within 72 hours of the service by email to office@sunshinecoastbondcleaning.com.au and must include your name, contact number, property address, date of service, a description of the issue and photos where relevant.
